and insight, published once every three months.
Ernex provides Loyalty Database Hosting as a managed service. Loyalty data is unified onto a central
system where Ernex manages loyalty program rules and manages access to the data via multiple channels
and systems. LDH provides real-time access to loyalty data and links multiple internal and external
systems via a web portal and standard system interfaces. A single view of the customer is presented
to call centers, channel partners, web users, point-of-sale systems, and other external systems so
that all accrual, redemption, and reward order transactions are centrally processed and managed.
