Loyalty Program Specialist Ernex Unveils New Features Aimed at Rewarding Frequent Card Users

Enhancements to Points Multiplier give merchants greater flexibility for promotional activities inside their loyalty program

Vancouver, June 14, 2005 - Businesses operating an Ernex-powered customer loyalty program can now take advantage of a more flexible, option-rich software solution designed to motivate loyalty program members to participate more frequently. Thanks to the arrival of recent enhancements to Ernex's Points Multiplier - one of the main features found within Ernex's Promotional Tool Kit - businesses have a new way of ensuring that their loyalty programs remain fresh, exciting and successful.

Ernex's Points Multiplier is designed to give merchants the ability to award multiple points to a loyalty program member - in real-time - based on conditions defined by the merchant. New enhancements announced today include an expanded library of parameters that the merchant can configure to suit their particular marketing campaign. The added functionality to tailor loyalty campaigns reduces the time required for set-up, so clients can launch their promotional programs with shorter lead times.
