COAST HOTELS & RESORTS EXPANDS POPULAR LOYALTY PROGRAM TO THE UNITED STATES USING Ernex
VANCOUVER, May 13, 2003 - Ernex , a provider of real-time marketing solutions, today announced that Coast Hotels & Resorts, one of Western North America's largest regional hotel and resort chains, has extended its highly effective loyalty program entitled "Coast Select" to an additional 15 properties throughout the United States. Already available to more than 18 Canadian properties, Coast Hotels will offer the same benefits of the Coast Select program to these U.S. based locations to further enhance the guest experience, and to recognize and reward patronage.
Using Ernex's real-time loyalty solutions, Coast is able to build a personal profile for each of their Coast Select members so that each guest is welcomed with the same comforts, every time they visit one of the hotels. Other benefits include offering the guest's real-time reward status, notifications of changes in program status (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), or other program offers printed directly on the customers receipt.

By participating in the Coast Select program each of the members can earn free room upgrades and preferential treatment simply by presenting their Coast Select card during time of check-in.
