ERNEX®, MONERIS® and SIVA ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Integration of Technologies Enables Loyalty, Gift Card, Credit and Debit
Capabilities on SIVA Front-of-House Applications

Vancouver, March 10, 2005 - Ernex, a division of Moneris Solutions Corporation ("Ernex"), an industry leader in real-time loyalty and stored-value gift card programs, and Moneris Solutions Inc. ("Moneris USA"), a subsidiary of Moneris Solutions Corporation ("Moneris Solutions"), are pleased to announce a strategic alliance with SIVA CorporationTM, a leading provider of next generation restaurant applications.

Under the terms of the agreement, SIVA will integrate Ernex's loyalty and gift card functionality and Moneris USA's credit and debit interface into SIVA's point-of-sale application as well as certain external devices that SIVA has incorporated into a turnkey solution, including an Ingenico wireless terminal and a self-service guest kiosk. SIVA, Ernex and Moneris USA will then co-market this first of its kind turnkey solution to the restaurant industry, delivering an expanded feature set and the potential for significant cost savings all in one package.
