From technology to business strategy, what are the moving parts that come into play when a

customer loyalty? In this session's case study, find out how Red Lobster has assembled its
technology over the past two-and-a-half years to support its five-phase plan to building
customer loyalty, overcoming organizational conflicts of personal style (with four presidents
and marketing officers in the span of the plan), directional changes and agency changes, as
well as the peaks and valleys of corporate performance. You'll learn how Red Lobster is achieving
its brand-specific customer loyalty goals, including its move to a fully integrated loyalty
