Enter the Ernex Domain! - www.ernex.com
In ongoing efforts to solidify the Ernex brand, we have recently acquired the ernex.com
domain name. The ernex.com domain will replace the current ernexinc.com domain and further clarify
Ernex's positioning as a brand and division within Moneris, rather than an incorporated company.
Everyone at Ernex is excited by the simplification of the domain and the ease at which customers
can be directed to the web site and send email to Ernex. Please update all of your links and
bookmarks to our website, as well as any contact email addresses that you may be using. The
email address format is the same as previous, with the new domain on the end.
e.g. firstname.lastname@ernex.com

Frank Lynch joins Ernex as Eastern Regional Sales
Director
VANCOUVER, July 15, 2004 - Ernex, a division of Moneris Solutions Corporation ("Ernex")
and an industry leader in real-time loyalty and stored-value gift card programs, today announced
that Frank Lynch has joined the organization as Eastern Regional Sales Director.Lynch is a veteran
in the financial services industry, with over fourteen years experience on the acquiring side
of the merchant processing industry. Previously, he was East Coast Director of National Sales
with Travelers Express Moneygram, and prior to that held positions in sales with Global Payments
and NaBanco. Lynch will be based in the Ernex regional sales office in Reston, Virginia.

National Hotel Executive recently featured an extended version of an article entitled
"Supporting Loyalty Programs Through the Internet" by Malcolm Fowler, Vice President &
General Manager, Ernex.
It's an undeniable fact that consumers are going online in ever-increasing numbers. In fact,
according to Nielsen//NetRatings, nearly 75 percent or 204.3 million Americans have access to
the Internet from home as of March 2004. So it makes sense that many restaurateurs and hoteliers
are making use of their corporate web sites to provide extra value to their customers. From
simple information like the business location and descriptive information about products, to
complex online shopping environments, the corporate web site has become a useful tool and a
vital communications portal between businesses and their customers.
