Michael Gilhespy joins Ernex as Regional Sales Director

VANCOUVER, June 2, 2004 - Ernex, a division of Moneris Solutions Corporation ("Ernex") and an industry leader in real-time loyalty and stored-value gift card programs, today announced that Michael Gilhespy has joined the organization as Regional Sales Director.

Gilhespy is a veteran of the loyalty and gift card industry, with more than four years experience. Previously, he was Director of Business Development with Stored-Value Systems, and prior to that held positions in sales and marketing with a focus on the retail industry. A native of Oakville, Ontario, Gilhespy will be based in the Toronto head office of Moneris Solutions.
