New Client Announcement: Delta Hotels

 
Delta Hotels has revamped their "Delta Privilege" program with Ernex . The electronic swipe membership cards are enabled by Ernex's technology that allows Delta to automatically track all Delta Privilege redemptions electronically in real-time, helping to take the program to another level. Delta's objective of improving the existing loyalty program with Ernex was primarily to increase satisfaction and loyalty among their top tiered Delta Privilege members.

Ernex loads the membership cards with dining credits and room upgrades appropriate to the specific membership tier (Gold or Platinum) and all other members receive a Green membership card. Delta's hotel guests are qualified based on their room night/stay performance, which is monitored during a calendar year and then card types are issued and/or upgraded accordingly. Loyalty members can redeem benefits by presenting their card at any of the over 35 participating Delta locations. Ernex's technology also helps to provide Delta Hotels with enhanced member service and improved tracking abilities.
