Coast Hotels & Resorts Expands "Coast Select"
Loyalty Program to the United States

Coast Hotels & Resorts has extended its highly effective loyalty program entitled "Coast Select" to an additional 15 properties throughout the United States. The program is already available to 18 Canadian properties and Coast Hotels will offer the same benefits of the Coast Select program to these U.S. based locations to further enhance the guest experience, and to recognize and reward patronage.

Using Ernex's real-time loyalty solutions, Coast is able to build a personal profile for each of their Coast Select members so that each guest is welcomed with the same comforts, every time they visit one of the hotels. Ernex's real-time technology helps to manage the changes in program tier status (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) and also to update profile information as changes occur. Other benefits include offering the guest's real-time reward status, or other program offers printed directly on the customers receipt.
