Ernex offers two options you can choose from, depending on your needs and operating environment:
Ernex Web Portal
This is a "ready-made" web application that is semi-customizable based on your logo graphics and program details1. We provide hosting facilities and manage all aspects of the web functionality. This solution is built for the fastest-to-market, lowest investment and minimal effort required on your part, with limited customization. If you are looking for a fully customized solution, you might decide that our Web API is a better option for your business.
As the merchant, you can view your program performance, manage cardholder accounts, update cardholder profile information, bulk activate Gift cards, adjust balance, deactivate cards, and generate reports.
You cardholders can view their current card balance, card transaction history and update their contact information.

Ernex Web Interface (API)1
This option provides the ultimate in flexibility and customization. You host the entire site from your facilities and use our specific web-based transaction instructions to access our database and conduct all necessary activities. You also maintain the same brand look and feel of your existing website. The web API would require some time, effort and investment to develop, but would give you exactly what you want. In this scenario, Ernex will provide detailed technical specifications, development consultations and certification services.
